Mitchell and Ruth are married and share a love of the water. Each summer, they spend as much time as they can sailing throughout the Puget Sound—often using weekends and long evenings to explore new anchorages and return to familiar harbors.

Mitchell and Ruth each work at independent boutique law firms specializing in their respective fields: intellectual property and estate planning. Their day-to-day work is separate, but their approach is similar—careful strategy, clear communication, and practical guidance built around the client’s goals.
This website is a shared home base for marketing their practices and sharing resources. It’s also part of a longer plan: to build location-independent legal work that can be done responsibly from anywhere.
