Welcome to our Ethics Guidance page. Here, you can chat with our Washington State Rules of Professional Conduct (RPC) Guidance Chatbot. This tool is designed to assist legal professionals by providing guidance and insights based on the Washington State Rules of Professional Conduct, as amended through May 4, 2021.
The chatbot is trained on advisory opinions issued since 2006. However, it may cite pre-2006 opinions if they are referenced in later rulings or in comments to the Washington Rules of Professional Conduct (WA RPCs). Please note that while the chatbot provides valuable guidance, it is not a substitute for personalized legal advice. For more information, consider consulting the Committee on Professional Ethics.
About Mitchell
Mitchell D. West is a litigation attorney with Lowe Graham Jones PLLC, combining expertise in litigation with a deep understanding of Seattle’s startup ecosystem. Mitchell has collaborated with innovative companies in software development, digital assets, decentralized physical infastructure, and legal technology.
